Golf course Description
Corvera golf club Hole 10: Par 4 - 332 metres
A short par 4 of 332 metres sounds fairly simple and straightforward but golfers can easily be punished from inaccurate shots. The fairway is entirely surrounded by bunkers on each side. The landing area from tee off is also marked by bunkers, there is a bunker to the right to catch the balls that fade, but if you strike the ball too hard, you will soon discover the left side bunker that punishes the hook and any golf balls straying from the centre of the fairway. The approach shot is struck towards the heavily protected green from four wide bunkers to the right and rear.

Corvera golf club Hole 11: Par 5 - 505 metres
Featuring a slight downward slope, this 505 metre par 5 hole incorporates the use of a classical golfing hazard, a lake. With players needing to be accurate, the landing area from the tee is bordered by two bunkers to the left whilst a lake is featured to the right penalising any straying attempt of a long drive. As the lake runs alongside the hole all the way to the green, you may have to be cautious. Making the green difficult to complete are the contours, landing areas, dips and cutaways surrounding it.

Corvera golf club Hole 12: Par 4 - 445 metres
This is the second longest par 4 of the Corvera course, consisting of a dog leg to the left which is also the shortest route to the green by using the left side. Protected by two large bunkers is the landing area from the tee with a bunker featuring each side of the fairway. The bunkers force the golfer to follow the line of the fairway enabling the chance to reach the hole. The second shot needs to be lofted over the left hand edge of the fairway to surpass the dog leg to the left. Be cautious as to the right hand side lays an irregularly shaped bunker by the green. A more open approach to the pin is from the left hand side.

Corvera golf club Hole 13: Par 4 - 363 metres
Requiring a great deal of precision, this 363 metre par 4 hole is certainly one to watch, particularly on the second shot. The professional tee is almost straight to the hole, to the right you will discover an out of bounds area. As you move forward, a large bunker to the right encourages golfers to play to the left hand side of the fairway which is restricted by trees. Due to the contoured design of the green, the second shot needs to be accurate to succeed.

Corvera golf club Hole 14: Par 5 - 538 metres
This is the longest hole of the course that is fairly hazard free over the 538 metres but could also be regarded as the most difficult for any golfer wishing to achieve a score under par at each hole. The drive from the tee area leads to a fairly hazard free landing area to allow the golfer a chance to hit the ball as far as possible. The area between the two bunkers is quite wide so there should be no concern to the golfer. The second part of the hole features a gentle dog leg to the right with four bunkers placed by the landing area, forcing golfers to take a more accurate shot. With a green guarded by three bunkers, one of each side and to the rear resulting in a well defended green.

Corvera golf club Hole 15: Par 3 - 213 metres
Requiring a long and precise shot straight from the start, this par 3 hole allows the skilled golfers a chance to make par or a birdie. The green is irregularly shaped and divided into three areas. Making it regarded easiest when the pin is placed short and to the left, but when placed in the broad central or to the right, it becomes of higher difficulty. With two wide bunkers protecting the green, the first being short to the right and the second being long running along the left hand edge of the green.

Corvera golf club Hole 16: Par 4 - 400 metres
The first shot on this 400 metre hole is lead to a hazard free landing area, although there are two small bunkers on the fairway before the landing area and as many as five bunkers beyond. The second shot is played directly towards the green that is defended by four bunkers along the left-hand side. Dense woodland forms a screen between the fairway and buildings down the right side. Allowing the pin to be places at different distances, the green is elongated forcing golfers to ensure their shots do not stray outwards.

Corvera golf club Hole 17: Par 3 - 230 metres
This 230 metre par 3 hole features a large green and apron to the golfer. Stretching along the left hand side of the fairway is an extensive bunker, from half way on the fairway to the green protecting the left hand side. Allowing slight sideways drift, the green is large and broader than it is long. The pin can be placed in three different areas that feature unlevel sections due to the broad, slightly sloping landing areas.

Corvera golf club Hole 18: Par 4 - 383 metres
This is the final hole of the Corvera golf course that is particularly attractive to the eye. Running downhill over 383 metres, hole 18 offers certain complications along the way. The drive from the tee off area is flanked by a bank to the right of the landing area with two bunkers also to the left and right. Due to the hazards, the second shot has a more limited choice. The large bunkers surrounding the green accompany a short bunker to the left whilst a canal connecting two lakes cut across the land, ahead of the landing area. Making the approach to the pin from the right more difficult is the high banking.
